Grace, the founder of Conscious Crackers, has become our most recent Corporate WILDFundraiser. Her beautiful plastic-free Christmas Crackers will help you to reduce your waste this Christmas and inspire you to take action to protect our planet! With every box sold, a donation will be made to The Wildlife Trust of South & West Wales to support our efforts to restore 30% of land and sea by 2030.
Every box of Conscious Crackers is handmade in Wales with recyclable and compostable materials to minimise waste going to landfill. Each cracker contains a gift which aims to bring awareness to important environmental issues, whilst providing a way of empowering you and your family to make small changes that can make a big difference. The gifts and the information inside aim to spark interesting conversations around the Christmas dinner table about how we can all act for wildlife!
From pollinator-friendly wildflower seeds to turn your garden into a haven for wildlife, to reusable products to help ditch single-use plastic, the items inside will help you start 2023 more sustainably!
During my Conservation Biology studies, I became increasingly aware of the plastic pollution problem and felt inspired to do something to make a difference. I was frustrated at all the waste produced at Christmas, especially the amount of pointless plastic and waste produced from traditional Christmas crackers. I wanted to create a Christmas cracker that not only removes the wasteful parts, but helps to bring awareness to other issues and provide small ways of making positive change. My crackers are all about inspiring action for wildlife and this year I'm excited to be donating to the WTSWW for every box sold, to support their conservation efforts in the place I'm lucky enough to call home!
