Shop & Information Desk Assistant
Main responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors to the Welsh Wildlife Centre and answering any queries they may have
- Processing sales in the Wildlife Trust Gift Shop, including binocular hires and membership recruitment.
- Assisting Retail Manager with daily Gift Shop operations.
- General housekeeping tasks.

Café Assistant
Main responsibilities:
- Assisting Visitor Centre Manager, Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily café operations.
- Assisting on deliveries, washing up, waiting on tables when necessary.
- Adhering to EHO (Environmental Health Officer) guidelines.

Events Assistant
Main responsibilities:
- To assist with the running of events either indoors, outdoors or both at the Welsh Wildlife Centre.
- Opportunities also to assist with the creation of the annual events calendar.

Reserves Assistant
Main responsibilities:
- Assisting with reserve related tasks. These tasks vary greatly depending on external conditions on the reserve and seasonality. Tasks include: boardwalk/bird hide maintenance, reed bed management, pathway clearance, coppicing and much more.
